First trip to England, so wasn't sure what to expect. Room was small, but very well appointed and modern. I expected the size, so that wasn't an issue, but you should be aware of that so you're not surprised. I actually preferred it.
Great location - one block from the Earls Court stop. Staff was very pleasant, and even made extra effort so I could check into my room early.
As I found out in my stays at subsequent hotels, the service and amenities that I took for granted were well above the level provided by many other hotels at similar price points.
The room was very comfortable and quiet. The internet via TV was especially convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel for it's location, cleanliness, modern ammenities, and thoughtfulness in providing comfort for travelers. It was close to a great grocery store, coffee/pastry shops, underground, and laundromat. We liked having internet access, tv, microwave, dishes, and a frig in our room.

Great place, modern and good size room. fantastic shower room, everything very clean. TV internet very useful takes a little getting used to using the wireless keyboard though. also enjoyed the music selection. location is great for quick tube trip to all attractions. best accommodation stayed at in london. will definitely go back.

Perfect small comfortable hotel in great location. Helpful staff and spotless rooms with latest in room and bath comfort and design. Great tech services. Suggest taking a double room even for singles, single room a bit cramped, altho with mini kitchen facilities. Prices very reasonable for London.

The reviews I read about Base2Stay were right on and rooms are as advertised. The location was great- Earl's Court station was perfect for getting around and the neighborhood was nice to walk around in with pubs and restaurants that were good for nights when we wanted to do something relaxed and not head into Central London.
The room was clean, not too small. Noise was generally not a problem - the air duct rattled occasionally when the heat was on and we could hear neighboring doors slam shut. As others mentioned the shower is really nice. The bed was slightly uncomfortable in some spots, but we just moved a little to the left or right and had a great night sleep. My biggest complaint is that there is no clock in the room.
The staff was helpful and polite when asked questions. I would stay again without hesitation.

I loved this hotel. It was immaculate and the room was made up fresh every day. I loved the kitchenette. I loved the luxurious shower. I liked the flatscreen tv. The staff were friendly. The whole place felt clean, safe, and looked after. It also looks stylish and is in a great neighborhood.
My only complaint is that they need to update their bed linens; mine were clean but worn.
It was excellent value for money. My expectations were met and exceeded. The hotel was cozier -- in a nice way -- than I expected.

The location is perfect, close to Earl's Court, but the the facilities lack, certainly for a business stay. This not being a full service, there is no food or room service. The tiny kitchen area is basically a closet though, which makes a long term stay difficult. The bathroom is small, but relatively comfortable. TV channels are limited. No wifi. The small reception area is manned by very friendly, young staff, eager to please and for a personal stay this would - depending on the rate - be a 2.5 star place.

Location is just great being 2-3 min. walk from Earls Court station, yet it's unbelievably quiet. Never had a noise problem here. Stylish room with comfy bed/crisp linen, clean bathroom, very powerful shower... I particularly liked that hairdryeris not fixed, so I could move it and use at anywhere I like. Kitchenette and fridge were so convenient during whole stay, to fill fridge, M&S and 24H Sainsbury's are within a stone's throw. To sum up, everything was perfect!
