Situated in the historical centre of Florence, in Indipendenza Square, a few minutes' walk from the railway station of Santa Maria Novella, from the Congress and Trade Centre, and from the Fortezza da Basso (seat of international exhibitions),the hotel offers a charming panoramic view of the town and of the wonderful 18th-century square in front of it. The hotel offers a private car parking service on request and Internet access point. This is an excellent little hotel in the heart of Florence. DO 02.2009. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a typical Florentine structure. All the rooms are comfortable and tranquil and are fitted with bathroom, air conditioning, colour TV, mini-bar, direct-dial telephone and hair dryer. The hotel offers a very nice buffet breakfast. The lobby is medium sized and decorated in warm colours, offering a comfortable seating area.

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure. This will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days, per person per day (excluding children under 10 years old). The tax rate ranges from € 1.00 per day for a 1 star hotel to € 5.00 per day for 5 star hotels.
