The hotel offers a choice of two restaurants, Mornington's and Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud, one of Ireland's most prestigious restaurants. In addition there are 2 bars - the excellent Cellar bar and No.23.
The lobby area is elegant and exudes an air of warm sophistication. There are open log fires in the winter in the adjacent drawing rooms.
